Our enterprise-level client is seeking to add an IT Support Engineer to work onsite in Anaheim, CA. Please see below for full details:

Job Notes:-3-6+ month contact / extensions possible but not guaranteed-ASAP start date-Onsite in Anaheim CA-Drug & Background required.-Pay Rate = $30-35 w2 per hour

Description:Refresh of desktop, laptop, and MAC equipment.Includes hardware refresh, peripheral refresh, data transfer, install of additional applications when required.May include installation of external peripherals.This person will be responsible for Post Validation checks.Skills:

Attention to detail ( Asset information must be accurate)Proficient use of Microsoft Office Products (word, excel, powerpoint)Strong customer service skills (face to face)Strong communication skills ( team members and team leaders)Ability to work under minimal supervisionAbility to work long hours and out in the fieldIT problem solvingConfiguring and troubleshooting different levels of Windows OS (Win 7 & Win 10)Required Qualifications:

2-4 yrs of experience with IT field supportCompTIA A+ Certification2-4 yrs of data migration experience with desktops, laptops and Mac hardware1-2 yrs Prior experience and working knowledge of SCCMExperience with Network configurations and devices2-4 yrs. Experience utilizing the Microsoft Toolset for Imaging and staging1-2 yrs.
