Description:At Caf Sevilla the Dishwasher position is primarily responsible for ensuring that the dishware, glassware, and silverware used to present dishes to our guests are properly sanitized and cleaned in accordance with company, state and federal regulations. This position requires an ability to uphold Caf Sevilla's high standards for cleanliness and maintain a desire to do the very best job possible for our guests every day.
Additional Info:Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Dishwasher Responsibilities1. Ensure the cleanliness of every dish, pot, pan, piece of silverware, and glass that goes to the kitchen andour guests.2. Ensure the dishwashing machine is operating at correct temperatures in all cycles.3. Ensure that the proper detergents (and levels of detergents) are being used in the dishwashing machineand pot washing sinks.4. Ensure the proper sanitizers are being used when cleaning walls, countertops, and floors.5. Follow all company, state, and federal workplace health and safety guidelines.6. Maintain an inventory of all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, and kitchen utensils to help controlloss and waste.7. Adhere to all daily and weekly cleaning schedules.8. Ensure the dish area, kitchen floor, and storage areas are spotlessly clean at all times.9. Ensure the back dock and dumpster areas are free from debris.10. Assistkitchenwithprepasappropriate.
