Job Description:
Overview:As a Customer Service Representative you will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to orders, inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Currently, we are hiring for weekend shift and 2nd shift positions.
The 2nd shift position is 2PM-10PMThe weekend shift position is 9AM-5PM and includes 2 consecutive days off, during the week
An example schedule for the weekend shift is below:Monday - 9AM-5PMTuesday - OffWednesday - OffThursday - 9AM-5PMFriday - 9AM-5PMSaturday - 9AM-5PMSunday - 9AM-5PM
Until further notice:Minimum wage $21/hrAdditional 10% premium for 2nd Shift and additional 5% premium for 3rd ShiftRogue Team Members eligible to receive Quarterly Bonus

Responsibilities:Process orders, forms, applications and requestsDeal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to faceRespond promptly to customer inquiriesHandle and resolve customer complaintsManage customers' accountsRecord details of actions takenCommunicate and coordinate with internal departmentsFollow up on customer interactions
Qualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredKnowledge of customer service principles and practicesKnowledge of relevant computer applicationsAbility to typeCommunication skills - verbal and writtenProblem analysis and problem-solvingAttention to detail and accuracy
