Job Description:

Being a member of the Intelligent Automation (IA) Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for managing automation pipeline from an end-to-end perspective, including but not limited to managing requirements, capturing current state process, defining future state process, managing relationships with cross functional teams, engaging development team through scrum ceremonies, providing sprint /functional demos as required to collaborators.The position requires detailed process documentation to support process reimagination and deliver best in class client experience by incorporating customer journeys across our product portfolio.Responsibilities:

Analyze current state of product offering, defining business processes, codifying business rules by maximizing innovative design tools and methodologiesEngage business and technical collaborators to plan development achievements, release artifacts and updating existing operating modelsOrganize business and functional requirements into EPIC, stories and maintain product backlogPerforming critical analysis on the incoming opportunities to ensure use case has technical feasibility, contains commercial benefit and will result in risk mitigation for line of business post implementationEnsure compliance to applicable standards, procedures and best practices during development and maintenance activitiesDemonstrate business analysis and/or improvement in execution skills necessary to provide business-engineering, analytical, and architectural services to transition business requirements into enterprise solutionsWork closely with management to prioritize business and information needsCommunicate effectively, both orally and written, to varied levels of the organization to include technical personnel, business managers, and senior leadershipManaging independently assigned projects, through the life cycle from initiation to closingProviding analytical and reporting capabilities to support decision making by the COE's stakeholdersParticipating meaningfully as a core member of one or more agile squads, including attending daily stand-up, grooming sessions and other agile ceremonies, documenting user stories, and tracking and reporting on relevant project metricsQualifications:

Minimum of 8-10 years of related experience in writing user stories and driving automation pipelineBachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experiencePrior business analysis experience (3+ years) is mandatoryProficient with JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Process Mapping toolsExperience in banking, capital markets, or financial operations preferredFamiliar with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)Excellent writing and verbal communication skillsAwareness about projects with API development, Data migration, integration with external systems etc
