Description
The Warehousing Modernization team is building a strong team of analysts and integrators to modernize our legacy warehouse management system (WMS) that support our growing distribution network.
Leading critical initiatives to develop and implement complex systems, both in-house develop and packaged software, by overseeing full systems development life cycle (SDLC)Serving as a liaison between business subject matter experts (SME) and technical teams to translate business requests into project system requirementsConducting interviews with business SMEs to understand, model, negotiate, specify, and validate business requirementsDocumenting business and technical requirements using Microsoft Office 365 technologies (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)Approving design of complex technical solutions while collaborating with architects, engineers and technical resourcesAnalyzing and translating business requirements into technology solutions that consider system architecture, performance, usability, quality, cross-system interdependencies and scalabilityCollaborating and coordinating large, cross platform releases with business SMEs and technical teamsEnsuring adherence to security best practices and standards for various platformsPerforming data analysis by creating and executing complex queries, interpreting results, and communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiencesProviding advanced analysis and guidance for multiple systems serving as warehousing systems SMECollaborating and communicating with IT management on project and resource planning, including effort estimationThe most suitable hire for this position will be a candidate with full development life cycle experience supporting commercial off-the-shelf WMS software (e.g. Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Infor, Korber, SAP), project leadership experience implementing solutions, and systems and data analytic experience identifying and solving business problems. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other analytical disciplines or equivalent experience5+ years of software engineering experience5+ years of experience analyzing supply chain business problems and translating business requirements into technology solutions with functional knowledge of receiving, shipping, inventory and labor management5+ years of experience working with enterprise database management system (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Informix, Teradata)Experience leading full development life cycle projects interacting with IT and business SMEs to support system implementations and enhancements and ensure project progresses on schedule while effectively communicating with management, stakeholders, SMEs and project team membersExperience promoting collaboration and teamwork across enterprise, leading by example and contributing to the productivity and morale of the teamExperience identifying and supporting process improvementsExperience performing data analysis by creating and executing complex queries, interpreting results, and communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiencesAdditional Required Qualifications

Experience working for large company and within a matrix organizationExpert knowledge and experience working with warehousing systems software packages (e.g. Manhattan, JDA, Infor, SAP, High Jump) and working with business and technical audiences7+ years' experience leading enterprise implementation project solutionsExperience in SCRUM and Agile systems development life cycles projects5+ years of coding experience leveraging .Net framework, VB.Net, C#, Angular or Python with a passion for and knowledge of emerging technologiesExperience working with Microsoft's SSIS and SSRS applicationsExperience and knowledge of project and problem management, change management, and other I/S processesExperience supporting data and process governance of distribution system compliance in accordance with company policies, standards and SOX requirements
