Required Skills:

Must have minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years of Informatica Administration experience.

Must have minimum of 3 years Team Lead/Supervisory experience.

Must have experience with Informatica toolsets: Powercenter, Data Quality Management, Informatica MDM, Informatica Cloud.

Informatica Administration certification is desirable.

Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and support of Informatica Power center, Informatica data Quality, Informatica Cloud secure agent.

Knowledge on Informatica products such as Enterprise Data Catalog, Axon, BDQ, EDP, DEI.

Experience in Intelligent Informatica Cloud Services (IICS).

Experience with Informatica High Availability, GRID, and Real-time.

Experience supporting Informatica on Redhat Linux and Windows servers.

Must have solid UNIX experience including scripting.

Expert level knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL on Oracle 11, or later version of database.

Hands on experience on Cloud Computing such as Amazon Web Services, Azure, GCP.

Knowledge on scheduling tools like Active Batch, Autosys, etc.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills and able to work independently as well as with the team.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinating with the Support teams, project teams, DBA, infrastructure team and application vendor to plan/implement maintenance outages.

Provide Subject Matter Expertise in Informatica MDM, PowerCenter, Power Exchange (Client, Oracle EBS etc.), IICS, IDQ.

Expertise in installing, configuring, and upgrading Informatica MDM, PowerCenter, etc. on Linux and AWS instances.

Platform support for Informatica products such as EDC, Axon, BDQ, EDP, DEI, etc.

pply EBF patches, hot fixes, Licensing to support the Business needs.

Troubleshoot issues related to databases, job failures, software bugs and performance bottlenecks to all incidents working with multiple cross functional teams like DBA, Unix Server Administrator, Informatica Global Support, and work on problems and drive them to resolutions.

Be able to proactively monitor the overall system (executing daily health check reports - job execution stats, volume processed, execution times, IO times taken etc.)

Knowledge of CMDB in ServiceNow for triaging tickets.

Strong ability to troubleshoot performance and configuration related issues including connectivity issues due to firewalls, load balancers etc.

Day to day administration activities - manage users, groups, privileges, roles and permissions, folder creation and management, domain management tasks (including backup and restore), configuring DB connections etc.

Proficient in working with LDAP configuration and user management.

Develops disaster recovery and failover strategies for the data integration environment.

Responsible for the code deployments/migration activities.
