Role Overview:

The Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying key customers, analyzing their needs, and maximizing revenue and profitability. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, fostering long-term client relationships, suggesting solutions, encouraging product upgrades, resolving issues, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. This role involves proactive business development, goal tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Analyze budgets and prepare reports, forecasts, and business plansManage key accounts portfolio, fostering strong, long-term relationshipsPropose solutions to meet client needs and encourage product upgradesHandle complaints and problems effectively, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teamsIdentify and approach potential strategic customersMonitor sales performance metrics and contribute to sales goals achievementCollaborate with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and ProcurementAttend sales and marketing meetings, calls, and prepare RFP responsesProactively learn about clients' industries, business needs, and culturesAssist in creating training courses and educational materialsImprove onboarding processes to enhance customer experienceProfessional Qualifications and Experience:

1-3 years of progressive sales experience within translation/interpretation servicesStrong data and analytical skillsProfessional writing skills for Proposals, RFPs, Quotes, and Customer CommunicationPeople management and leadership skillsProven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar roleKey account and sales management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Highly organized and able to multitaskCommunications or Marketing degree is a plusProficiency in Sales CRM software; experience with Monday software is a plusBenefits:
