High volume, quality-focused, and established practice with the inclusion of Population Health manager, Pharmacy, dedicated Practice Manager, EMR supportAdvanced Practice Provider support and very reasonable call requirementsExcellent work-life balanceThe financial Package offered has a strong base salary with Productivity Based Incentives, signing bonus, and relocation assistance. Excellent benefits package including; 41 days PTO and 6% match on retirement after 2 years and Malpractice coverage of $2M / $6M
