State Farm Agency in Miami, 33156 has an immediate opening for a full time, Bilingual (Spanish/English), Licensed (440) Insurance Customer Service Representative. We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, personable and people oriented.
This individual will be responsible for meeting client needs and properly responding to customer issues with the appropriate products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish customer relationships and provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.Support and follow up with customers via phone, in person, or email with insurance options, explain coverage's, process policy changes, and assist with billing.Answer phone calls in office, filing, clerical office dutiesBack-up the receptionist on the phone as neededEstablish insurance client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.REQUIREMENTS
Must have a:
State of Florida Customer Service License- 440Bilingual - English and Spanish speakerExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningOrganizational skillsSelf-motivatedDetail orientedProactive in problem solvingAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to organize and prioritize workAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with peopleIf you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please complete our application or fax to 305-235-7572.
