Will provide multi-channel support on all facets of the team member life cycle from hire to retire.JOB DESCRIPTIONProvides quality service in the area of Human Resources and Payroll by providing information on policies and resolution to inquiries for all team members through multi-channel support. Maintains strong relationships by handling team member questions and concerns with accuracy, sense of urgency and professionalism. Performs data entry and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills to trouble shoot problems. Respond to inquiries quickly and translate inquiries into our case management application during the interaction. Maintain multiple tasks in a deadline-driven atmosphere where interruptions are common. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambigious situations/environment.Work Relationships: Work as a liaison with other HR teams to resolve team member inquiries.
