Essential Functions:
Carries a patient census of 1-3 clients, as your schedule allows
Evaluates the level of patient function and performance and equipment needs
Develops the plan of care/treatment including long and short-term treatment goals, interventions, and the intensity, frequency, and duration of services
Completes initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments at appropriate time points
Provides interventions and treatment following the physician-certified plan of care and physical therapy professional standards of practice.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Florida PT License
Must have 2 Years' Experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Able to provide proof of current CPR certification
Able to visually and aurally observe and assess the patient
Able to effectively deal with changes based on patient needs and scheduling
Working Conditions & Physical Effort:
Able to travel within geographic area serviced by the office
Work is performed in a client's residence
Able to work a flexible schedule as needed
Perform physical activity that may require lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to50 lbs., and physically stretching, bending, stooping, twisting, standing, sitting, walking, reaching, and climbing stairs
