Job Description
Admit, evaluate, diagnose, perform H & Ps, consult and provide surgical (including pre- and postoperative) care to premature and newborn infants, children, and adolescents, to correct various conditions, disorders and injuries. Access, stabilize and determine disposition of patients with emergency conditions.

Work Experience:
Minimum of 10 years related experience and/or training.License/Registration/Certification
Current Board Certification in the specialty of planned clinical activity.Current license to practice medicine in the state of Texas.Current specialty specific cardiopulmonary resuscitation by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross;Successful completion of Advanced Trauma Life Support within one year of hire, and maintenance thereof.
C. Education and TrainingCompletion of a four-year M.D. degree program and medical residency.Completion of a ACGME approved (or equivalent) post-graduate training in General Surgery followed by successful completion of an accredited fellowship program in Pediatric Surgery.
