Compensation and Benefits:
Daily guarantee for the first 90 days: $650-900 (DOE)
After 90 days: 30% of collectionsOpportunities for mentorship and career advancement (associate doctors will have mentorship from senior doctors for more advanced procedures such as surgical extractions (including wisdom extractions), implants, root canals, conscious IV sedation, etc.Access to a diverse patient baseAdvanced equipment including CBCTRequirements:
Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degreeStrong desire for personal and professional growthResilient mindset and commitment to clinical excellenceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
