The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the facility is adequately staffed for each work shift in order to comply with state and federal regulations. The Staffing Coordinator must organize and prepare schedules based on availability, census, time off requests, and vacancies. Will work with other departments in filling vacant positions to meet facility staffing requirements.

Qualifications:

Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license is requiredExperienced in Staffing a skilled nursing facility a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPecan Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare's commitment to excellence extends beyond delivering world class health care.
