Collaborate with architect, business and management evaluating business goals for capture and understand performance testing requirementsDrive performance testing feasibility assessments and estimationsDevelop performance workload model based on analysis of testing requirementsDrive solutions for new technologiesCreate test plan or strategy identifying testing scope, activities, roles and responsibilities, risks and propose solutions to deliver project on timeProvide recommendations and collaborate with team to fine tune applicationsPublish final sign off report apprising stake holders summarizing execution, analysis and recommendationsLead onsite and offshore resourcesFacilitate resource allocations for assigned projectsUnderstanding AND review of test scripts / problem solvingDrive NFRs and performance strategy for large programsExtrapolate tests results to recommend production capacity
Quals--9-10 years of Performance Testing and Engineering experienceExperience leading large programs and portfolios (a line of business) for E2E PTHands on Load Runner experience to script and execute tests as neededExperience of working in Agile and DevOps environmentsKnowledge of monitoring tools such as DynatraceProficient in analyzing performance test results and working with technical teams to resolve bottlenecks.
