Description
Lifesize is looking for a tactical and creative online marketer with 1-3 years experience to join our global marketing team for conversion optimization (CRO). This person will be responsible for the execution and day-to-day maintenance of the online marketing strategy to increase conversions using web analytics and conversion optimization to drive higher customer acquisition. You should be data driven in all that you do with a strong attention to detail. Increasing conversions for all marketing channels is the top priority.
Responsibilities
Work closely with internal and external teams to create test hypotheses, implement tests and report on results
Create projects to roll out winning results wherever needed on lifesize.com
Work all platforms to execute the conversion optimization strategy including analytics, A/B/n testing platform and task management
Maximize all search, paid and non, with a continuous testing program.
Perform regular competitive analysis to ensure Lifesize remains a market leader
Manage the online customer experience from first visit to sale
QA of all tests prior to launch.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years of online marketing experience with roles that include CRO and Analytics
Highly Motivated, analytical and business focused with proven ability to execute comprehensive marketing plans that accelerate growth
Ability and desire to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
Flexible and ready to shift needs as business demands shift
Ability to foresee marketing trends and react quickly
Experience working with CRO platforms
Familiarity with working in a content management system (CMS) is required. SiteCore specifically is preferred
Adobe Analytics and Target as well as Crazy Egg experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn the data into action
