Description

Sales positions are open for Field Sales Executives and Business Development Representatives, having a minimum of 3 years prior B2B service-sales experience. In these roles, qualified individuals would be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, attracting new clients, developing and maintaining trusted relationships with existing customers.

The successful candidate will thrive in a small and fast-paced, competitive environment, will play a key role in generating revenue and contributing to growth of the Company; must be goal-oriented, quota-driven and have a track record of developing and maintaining long-term relationships.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Generate sales using various sales techniques (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc.)• Prepare and present proposals and quotes, recommend services based on customer needs• Develop a deep knowledge of offered services and product capabilities• Collect business intelligence to drive activity• Forecast sales, develop new strategies and techniques to achieve results• Evaluate customer needs and maintain productive long-term relationships• Maintain customers and leads database• Strive to exceed sales goals• Work closely with Excelforce team during implementation phase to ensure a streamlined customer experience• Comply with reporting requirements

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven B2B sales success• Sales experience in a payroll service or human resource software is a plus• General understanding of Compensation and Benefits, TLM and HR structure is a plus• Strong negotiating skills• Ability to thrive in a highly competitive environment• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills a must• Ability to travel at least within the 50 miles radius from Chester, NY is required• Proficiency with the Internet search and MS Office Suite
