Duties/Requirements:
DRIVER/COURIER Shall: operate an automobile or a light truck to deliver messages, documents, packages, mail, and boxes within the Washington Metropolitan Area, transport office personnel and visitors, perform miscellaneous errands, such as carrying mail to and from the post office and sorting incoming and outgoing mail as required. Deliver items to offices and departments within an establishment. Responsible for performing routine vehicle washing (including interior), daily operator checks and servicing, and reporting vehicle malfunctions to the Program Supervisor immediately. possess a valid driver's license issued by the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia and have a proven safe driving record as established by the National Driver Register, or equivalent check be physically able to perform the assigned work which includes lifting boxes weighing up to seventy-five (75) pounds. Experience:
A minimum of two years' experience performing courier work, six months of which has been in the Washington metropolitan area.
Education/Certification:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Requirement:
Top Secret level security clearance .
