It is this mindset of success, coupled with our opportunities that will help develop and define your career.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Develops and maintains program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, andconstraints for construction projects of various typesMonitors and actively participates in project and program scheduling issues while administering bestpractices and standardsObtains accurate and timely program schedule updates from project teams and performs QA/QC oninformation receivedCreates and develops conceptual what-if schedules for multiple project types including large complexmulti-year projectsPerforms Critical Path analyses and Earned Value analysesPrepares ad-hoc reports and analyses as directed by managementMinimum Qualifications:Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelors degree in Architecture,Engineering, or Construction ManagementMinimum of five (5) years full time paid professional experience in Scheduling for an owner orGeneral Contractor, preferably working on multiple educational facilities or public works projectsProficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office SuiteExperience with projects using Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build project delivery methodsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSuperior organizational and planning skillsAbility to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staffOffered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
