Put simply, we help companies acquire more customers.We are a team of 100+ digital marketers and creatives who love working with brands to think of new ways to sell products.We are a full stack agency who manages media buying (running ads) as well as content creation (content to go in the ads). And we are looking for someone who wants to help elevate our production abilities.**The opportunity**We are searching for a talented Photographer/Videographer to join our growing creative team.If you are a creative freelancer looking for an entrepreneurial position to jump into, this is it.**The nitty gritty**Responsibilities:* Collaborate with Studio Production Manager to deliver high quality, ad-ready photo and video assets in a timely manner* Plan; storyboard; shoot; edit, and upload content as required* Recommend creative ideas to exceed expectations of goals and objectives* Source props as required for shoots* Setup and takedown of photography equipmentWhat were looking for:* 1+ years of previous experience with photography and videography (with a portfolio)* Artistic ability to compose a shot: understand framing, color, light, props selection, and styling to create a visually appealing image.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Excellent time and project management skills and the ability to manage several video projects at once* Engaged in social media and aware of the latest trends* Demonstrated experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere) including basic colour correction, audio mixing* Demonstrated experience with photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom)Nice to haves:* Experience working in an agency environment/with agencies is an asset* Experience working with amazon or shopify is an asset* Experience with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is an asset* Crash-course introduction to the fast-paced and exciting world of agency content production, with one of North Americas fastest-growing agencies* Potential for full-time job offer at the end of the contract period* Access to Pilothouses in-office studio and equipment as needed**Application Details**Please include your resume and portfolio.
