Branch Office Manager

for our office in Kyle, Texas. We are excited about this new opportunity to serve cities, counties and other agencies in Central Texas.

SPI is an established civil engineering firm with offices in Beaumont, Houston, Kyle, Richardson, Terrell and Tyler. SPI was founded in Texas and remains independently based in Texas. SPI almost exclusively serves municipalities, counties, utility districts and other such agencies. This is a leadership position, and the successful candidate will be compensated as a leader.

The Branch Office Manager will provide oversight of projects and leadership responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced municipal engineer to become an autonomous leader. The Branch Office Manager will have the latitude to create a Business Development Plan, pursue relationships with new clients, and direct the planning, design, and construction administration of multi-disciplinary municipal projects.

Duties:

Responsible for the operational management of the Kyle officeBusiness development activities including scope of work development and proposal preparationProfit and Loss responsibilityRecruiting, development and mentoring of professional, technical, and administrative personnelExecution of the QC/QA program of SPIJob Requirements

B.S. Civil Engineering10 years' experience in municipal civil engineering (parks, water/wastewater systems, and street and drainage systems)Licensed Professional Engineer in TexasBusiness development and client management experienceDemonstrated ability to manage projects and clientsTravel
