We are seeking a highly motivated Media Buyer with 3+ years experience to join our SEO team. *****This is a Remote Position*****Job Description:The SEO and Content specialist will help drive and execute organic search strategies for a variety of client projects. With both SEO and Content development experience, this person will be able to form, present, and execute upon a full-suite organic media strategy. This includes benchmarking against SEO best practices as well as discovering creative solutions to SEO-related problems. Our SEO team prides ourselves on creating actionable insights and driving high-quality results to all of our clients. If you have both SEO and Content experience, this role might be perfect for you!Position Summary:Optimize the organic presence for our client sites with the ability to pivot SEO recommendations based on what is working for performance; as well as utilizing SEO best practices for on-site content, technical SEO, and off-site link profilesOptimize existing site content aimed at target keywords and calls to actionDevelop new and engaging content for our client sites aimed at an over-arching content strategy crafted by you and the client togetherProvide support for existing analytics and SEO reporting needs including: building dashboards, setting up analytics and reporting platforms, creating reports for clients, optimizing reporting efforts to build efficiency.Identify opportunities to improve performance against internal and external benchmarks that fully consider marketing, revenue, other metrics and holistic reporting perspectives.Provide analysis recommendations to improve SEO, content, business, marketing and customer intelligence, data management, and analytics across the organization for our digital marketing clients and other partners.Identify trends in the data and build narratives that leadership can use to modify or generate new business proposals, product features, or marketing campaignsRequirementsEssential Function/Responsibility:SEO/Content Strategy:Develop & Execute on on-going SEO strategies aimed at improving keyword ranking, organic search traffic, and organic search revenueDevelop a strategy for improved on-site content (tags, blogs, off-site publishing, etc)Create keyword-rich content for a site to improve overall site relevanceReporting:Outline and analyze key metrics for comprehensive, multi-channel campaigns tied to key organizational strategies and outcomesHelp maintain reporting standards for SEO and content programs.Create or improve existing, professional and easy to use, monthly and quarterly reports to present to clients.Insights & Analysis:Work with digital marketing experts to analyze overall effectiveness of on-going campaigns and identify opportunities for growth.Provide audience segmentation insights.Help marketing experts process data in new ways to uncover new opportunities.Analytics Core Competencies:Google AnalyticsGoogle Data StudioGoogle Tag Manager (other tag management platforms a plus)Microsoft Excel (large data sets and manipulation / analysis of data within excel)Comfortability or Familiarity with the Following Tools (some not req but a plus!) :ScreamingFrogSEMRushGoogle Search Console(Tech SEO knowledge or comfortability with coding language is a plus)Google Adwords / DoubleClick (other Paid Search knowledge is a plus)Facebook Paid Advertising Analytics + Blueprint (blueprint certification is a plus)Social Paid Advertising experienceExperience/Role Requirements:3-4 years experience in SEO, content, data, or digital marketing based roles.Bachelor’s degree or aboveBenefitsBest-in-Class Benefits Health Care. 401k.
