As Human Resources Coordinator you will be joining a leading construction firm in the Raleigh NC area. You will be coordinating HR activities for the hourly employees in the plants including benefits, payroll, recruiting, unemployment claims, records, reports, etc.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting with staff recruitment, onboarding, and benefits. Interact with and assist employees daily with general tasks.

- Assisting with time and attendance system and supporting the payroll processing

- Ensuring accurate employment records are maintained on all employees.

- Work with EHS manager to develop and implement HR strategy, and ensure compliance with all company employment policies and state and federal employment laws

- Must be fluent in Spanish and English

- 2+ years of experience in HR generalist position

- Benefits and Payroll administration experience

- Experience working with Excel
