ROLE SUMMARY

STAFFED INC. is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic People Coordinator who can support daily People Department operations, promoting efficiency and effectiveness across the company. Participating in the full lifecycle of STAFFED INC. 's field team, the People Coordinator will be working closely with the People Manager on engagement, onboarding and employee relations.

As the People Coordinator, you will be part of the People HR team with responsibilities across talent acquisition; employer value proposition; compliance and; equipment and efficiencies. Working closely on the day-to-day with the VP of Operations and STAFFED INC. 's field team, you will have pronounced visibility within the company. We are soliciting an experienced People Coordinator who can promote organized systems and encourage engagement throughout our operations.

You will play an essential role in establishing the foundation of our People Department, while ensuring smooth operation of systems and processes within the company. Our team's goal is to be scalable and sustainable, encouraging efficiency and effectiveness.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with onboarding of new employees and benefit enrollment of corporate employees.

Process background and investigation requests across teams.

Prepare and record keep employee lifecycle documents and internal trackers.

Update and maintain HRIS, ERP and Benefit Carrier platforms.

Respond to questions regarding employee handbook, benefits, policies, and procedures.

Coordinate and schedule corporate team candidates.

Work closely with the Finance Department to support streamlined bi-weekly payroll.

Ensure information sharing and acknowledgement of labor laws and policy compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in HR or related field.

SHRM credential preferred.

2+ years of relevant experience in HR, People Ops or Office Administration experience.

Proficiency with Google Suite and Paylocity.

Must have experience and excellent knowledge of onboarding processes and employee relations.

Must be authorized to work within the United States.
