We are driven by serving our customers through extraordinary service experience and have pioneered business operations in the industry for a higher standard.Shifts :Mon -Fri 1pm to 10pm (FT) or Mon-Fri 5pm-10pm (PT)Pay:$16-$18/ hourRequirements:3+ years phone-based customer service or administrative work -3+ years in a professional office environment.Microsoft Word & Excel experience.Responsibilities, Duties, Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:Direct connection with customers by phone, email and/or chatRespond promptly to customer inquiriesHandle and resolve all customer questions and concernsPerform customer verificationsDirect requests and unresolved issues to the designated resourceKeep records of customer interactions and transactionsRecord details of inquiries, comments, and complaintsMaintain customer databasesCommunicate and coordinate with internal departments and employees.
