Paul Rohrbaugh - State Farm Agency, located in Tacoma, WA has an immediate full-time opening for a Licensed Customer Service - State Farm Team Member. Our Agency has been in existence for 22 years. We currently occupy a wonderful new space in downtown Tacoma. We are the only State Farm office in the 98402 zip code.

Must currently have Life, Health, and Property Casualty license or willingness to acquire one before you accept the offer. In addition, you must have 5 years of industry experience. State Farm experience is a plus, but not required.

After your introductory period is over, the ability to work from home may also be available.

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.Requirements
