Our culture defines how we conduct our business.IntegrityInnovationInclusionServiceSuccessThis position is responsible for processing vehicle title and tag paperwork using the respective states/agencies guidelines in a timely and accurate manner to assure a high level of customer satisfaction while satisfying American Financials' Title and Tag policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Accurately process title and tag work for various state and county tag offices dailyTroubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.Contributes to and encourage others to demonstrate a team focused, values based, service culture throughout the companyAnswer and respond to customers / dealership personnel courteously on all issuesDocument thoroughly and scan title documents into the servicing softwareMaintain a professional, calm manner when negotiating with difficult or upset customersAdhere to company guidelines and procedures in title clerical activitiesEnsure compliance with state, federal or local laws in processing titlesPerforms other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levelsQualifications

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and interpersonal skills requiredAbility to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environmentStrong organizational skills, attention to detailGood analytical ability and judgmentAbility to develop and maintain working relationships and deal effectively with personnel across the organizationAbility to work independently to successfully complete title work assignments on timeKnowledge of Microsoft Word and Strong ExcelMinimum 3-5 years of automotive title experience, preferredEducation and Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
