The Member Experience Associate will ensure that members receive the highest quality of service and facilities, as well as deliver an authentic and welcoming atmosphere.

Greet and check in members as they come in.Resolve customer issues in an effective manner.Sell memberships, retail, and merchandise.Follow up with prospects promptly.Ensure a safe and clean health club environment for members and staff.Open and close the facility if scheduled.Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Compensation: $14.13 per hour
