This is an outbound call center and you will be responsible for setting appointments for sales representatives. The ideal person for this position has a dynamic personality and is passionate about sales and marketing. This candidate does not need to have previous relevant experience, but needs to be interested in learning new sales and marketing techniques. To succeed in this role, he/she should be goal-driven and have strong negotiation skills. We are looking to help people gain new skills and find a new career path.
ResponsibilitiesGenerate new sales opportunities through outbound, cold calls and emailsMake high volume of phone calls using a script, to set appointments for sales repsUnderstand customer needs and requirementsMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territoryFollow up promptly with customersMake data entries to ensure accurate resultsSkills
