A Little About Our Program...SequelCare of Arizona provides office and community-based therapeutic services for adults and adolescents, located allaround the state of Arizona. We have therapeutic foster care homes and adolescent/adult group homes, providing a continuum of care as needed.
At SequelCare of Arizona, our goal is that every client and family we serve achieves their optimal potential. We are committed to providing high-qualitypsychiatric/therapeutic office and residential-based treatment with support services in a safe environment to assist our clients in addressing, managingand overcoming serious emotional, psychological and behavioral problems.

Snapshot of Daily Duties
Call and schedule applicants for interviews.Set up background check for new hire.If needed, set up finger print application for new hire and current staff expiring.Complete new hire paperwork with new hires.Keep new hire status up to date.Initiate new hire offer letter and PAR.Sort, File, and organize employee documents.Ensure confidentiality and appropriate release of information.Assist with recruiting as needed.Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal and agency requirements.
The Must HavesMinimum of a high school diploma or GED is requiredOver the age of 21Maturity, empathy and patienceBe special - Not everyone can do what we doThe ideal candidate must have the ability to adjust to a fast-paced environment and follow proper protocolsConfidentiality and professionalism are essentialThe Perks
