Radiology Service Desk Coordinator

We are seeking motivated individuals who will provide excellent customer service in a healthcare radiology service desk setting.

Responsibilities:

Respond to support tickets in a timely mannerProvide detailed notes of all activities and interaction in the system all activitiesProvide superior customer serviceMust be able to communicate effectively with key organizational stakeholders and be able to deal with a high-pressure environment with SLA escalation procedures for resolution.Qualifications:

Experience working in a hospital and/or with radiologists is requiredExperience working in a service desk environmentMust have excellent communication skillsMust have excellent Computer SkillsMust be able to document and type 40 words a minuteFamiliarity with HIP nd other relevant privacy regulations in healthcare.Technical familiarity with Imaging Information Systems (IIS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Picture Archive and Communication Systems (PACS)Experience with ticketing software a plus

Please note that the salary range and/or hourly rate range of $20-25.00 per hour is a good faith determination of potential base compensation offered to applicants at the time of this job advertisement and may be subject to modification in the future.
