As an intake specialist, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, qualifying potential clients, and providing a high level of customer service. You’ll work with prospective clients to determine eligibility and potential the value of their cases, while also making sure they feel comfortable with the firm and understand what services we can provide. The Marin, Barrett, and Murphy Law Firm is a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm with a nationwide outreach. Our attorneys are dedicated to protecting the rights of those who have suffered severe injuries and whose lives have been forever changed due to the negligence of others. Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls with a high level of customer serviceConduct interviews with prospective clients to qualify and gather necessary informationComplete client intake forms and manage client communicationUse empathy to connect with prospective clients and help them understand the legal processDemonstrate excellent telephone communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapportEffectively communicate the services offered by the law firm to individual clientsWork with case management software and other computer programs to manage client informationRequirementsHigh school diploma required, an associate or bachelor's degree preferredExperience working in a customer service or call center settingPrior experience working in a law firm or other legal setting is requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to empathize and connect with clients who may be in a stressful or traumatic situationDetail-oriented, with the ability to maintain focus and accuracy when multitaskingMust have a reliable computer and internet connection to work remotely.BenefitsEligible employees receive paid vacation and sick leave, as well as certain paid holidays.Marin, Barrett, and Murphy Law Firm currently offers the following group benefits to eligible employees
