About the Opportunity:Schedule: Monday to FridayHours: 8am to 5pmSetting:
ClinicPatient Population: All agesPatient Volume: 18 a day (8 per session)EMR: Touchworks / AllscriptsResponsibilities:
The Family Practice Physician will:
Examine diagnose and treat patients for acute and chronic conditions or concerns injuries, infections, and illnessesCounsel and educate patients and families about acute and chronic conditions or concernsComplete timely and thorough documentation using our EMR systemFormulate diagnostic and treatment plansPrescribe and administer medications, therapies, and proceduresOrder lab and imaging tests to determine and manage an immediate treatment plan and provide advice on follow upCoordinate care with specialists and appropriate ancillary servicesCompleteall documentation and paperwork in a timely mannerMaintain quality of care standards as defined by the practicePerform other duties, as neededQualifications:
2+ years of Clinical experienceGraduate of an Accredited School of MedicineLicensed to practice Medicine in the State of ColoradoBoard Eligible / Certified in Family MedicineCompletion of an accredited Residency in Family MedicineDEA license with no restrictionsYour privacy is important to us.
