Position Summary

The

Customer Service Superintendent

will manage the field activities of the warranty and repair process for tenants; manages and performs periodic inspections; assists in the turn process while providing Service of the Second Mile. The Customer Service Technician will report directly to the Construction Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

Works in tandem with the Customer Service Manager in completing Work Orders in the specified timeframesWorks in tandem with the Property Manager in providing service to tenants and assisting in resolving tenant relationsReview and assess requested repairs for validationActs as the coordinator and liaison with vendors in completing repairsPerforms repairs not requiring a professional licensePerforms Move In, Move Out and Tenant Turn processMonitors, assists, and makes recommendations to improve repair cycle time, trending repairs, and reducing costsPerforms periodic inspections on occupied propertiesInspects properties to ensure the highest standards are maintained; evaluates maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping operations in areas of efficiency and costsConducts periodic inspection of vacant units for market-ready conditionUpdate job and market knowledge on an ongoing basisRequirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction or a related fieldAbility to work as part of a teamAbility to lead and coordinate Trade PartnersCompetency in MS Office and relevant databases and softwareCustomer focus and bottom-line orientationAbility to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlinesPhysical Demands
