has an exciting opportunity for an

Experienced Engineering Technical Support Specialist

to join the team in Everett, WA.This position is for the technical support specialist role in the BCA Interiors Responsibility Center, IRC.

This person will partner with Engineering team on a range of organizational improvement projects that are focused on improving efficiency and quality.

The successful candidate will apply their technical specialist skills to aid in the definition of manage, maintain schedules and documentations.This role will be responsible for the support of scheduling and integration of projects across the organization and communication of status to the management team.

Additional responsibilities include the facilitation of workshops, tracking and managing organizational actions, creating and maintaining a "visibility room" to aid in project status updates and communication.Employees are expected to work in office primarily full-time. On a case-by-case basis, employees may be able to work one day virtual in a week. In all cases, employees are expected to reside in or around the Puget Sound area so that they can come into the office as needed to support program execution or other tasks.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Everett, WA.Position Responsibilities:Compiles data from multiple sources and performs mid to complex analysis.

Develops and formats data standards, processes and computational tools to provide documentation that assists customers in the development of engineering life cycle products, services and processes.

Manages data collected from engineering teams to support the organization's business plan. Maintains and improves products, processes and services to ensure consistent quality of data used to accomplish engineering tasks.

Creates and maintains design documentation to communicate the end product to customers.

Analyzes mid-complex products to verify regulatory conformance and contractual compliance.

Maintains design engineering related user documentation to support the design of engineering systems.

Maintains web pages/libraries to provide organizational visibility and communication to internal and external customer.

Trains others.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Associate’s degree or higher

3+ years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)3+ years of experience providing engineering technical support to other functions

Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office M365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint)

Experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

3+ years of experience working with a technical team

3+ years of experience in the development and reporting of metrics

3+ years of experience working with procurement systems and processes

Typical Education/Experience:Experienced (Level 3):
