A Validation Documentation Coordinator is a detail-oriented position with the opportunity to interact with technical experts in our field, customers, and senior management at ATC. Equipment and process validation is a key element in commissioning and qualifying high quality turnkey equipment for our customers in specific industries. ATC is applying a focused effort to provide objective evidence through documentation for these validation procedures to meet and/or exceed customer needs as required.

II. Essential Job Functions:•Coordinate the activities of Document Control, including the tracking, release, distribution and auditing of controlled documents, and tracking and reporting on document review progress.•Understand customer needs and apply validation standards•Manage document revision control.•Work well with ATC team members and customers for document generation.•Must work independently to facilitate group activities.•Actively pursue knowledge to keep current with industry standards (CGMP)

Individual should ideally have the following characteristics:•Strong understanding of validation procedure•Self-driven and the ability to work independently•Strong written and verbal communication/ interaction skills•Respected amongst peers•Exceptional documentation skills•Good time management•Other duties as assigned by manager.

III. Minimum Qualifications

A. Education•BS degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical Engineering

B. Experience•Two or more year of direct Validation experience within the engineering field•Proficient with Microsoft office with strong emphasis in Microsoft word•Demonstrated ability to work accurately, follow instructions/schedules/timelines and handle multiple priorities•Working knowledge of Functional and Design Specifications, Test Protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), and Summary Reports
