Residential Clinician provides comprehensive therapeutic clinical support in residential treatment setting for parents with mental health and substance use disorders. Responsibilities include individual treatment, therapeutic groups, crisis intervention, assessments, and referrals.

Clinicians are part of a collaborative effort to improve practice in responding effectively to support family systems impacted by substance use disorders.Clinicians facilitate therapeutic groups and individual counseling to support clients to achieve client-identified goals.Full-time position.Lund offers support in achieving mental health and/or substance use treatment licensure through training and supervision.Non-Licensed pay at $27.50/hr. Licensed at $33.70/hr.What We Look For:

Masters in psychology, social work, or counseling required. LADC and mental health licensures or eligibility is preferred. Additional salary consideration for licensure.Experience with family centered practice preferred.Solid assessment, documentation and narrative writing skills essential.Must work well independently yet collaboratively in residential treatment and child welfare settings with a multi-disciplinary team.Must be able to demonstrate each of the following:
