Required Clearance: TS-SCI – can start with a Secret clearance
Certifications:DoD 8570 IAT Level II & MCSA Server 2016 or AZ-104 or VCP-5 (or higher) or DELL EMC Training
Required Education:Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline or commensurate level of experience based on position level
Required Experience: Eight plus (8+) years’ experience in System Administration or a related IT career field
Seeking an IT Microsoft Enterprise Systems Administrator to perform Systems Security audits, review ACAS and QRadar reports, perform scans, use PowerShell and more. A successful candidate’s overall responsibility to help USSOUTHCOM maintain and re-enforce its server and network systems of in Doral FL and are responsible for the upkeep, configuration and reliable operation of the entire IT enterprise.
Responsibilities
Perform root cause analysis of customer reported issues
Reviews and creates SOPs and other Documentation for various compliance areas
Service Now ticket system submission and tracking; experience using and navigating ServiceNOW when taking on the position a plus
Resolve incidents and problems.
Multiple networks and Systems Security auditing
Audits ACAS reports, re-scans, dashboards, HBSS / ESS auditing, reports and query’s, RSA / Token auditing and reports
Performs Cisco ISE asset monitoring and disablement
Reviews/acts on IBM QRadar reports and monitoring, SolarWinds IP space monitoring and correlation
Interrupts/takes on as needed on DISA Continuous Monitoring and Reporting System (CMRS) reports/metrics
Requires CCRI/A&A and VI score tracking experience
Performs Quest auditing or other AD change monitoring
Regularly monitors AD and group policy query’s, performs cleanup, and auditing; PowerShell (Nonuse removal, Password Last set etc.)
Routinely performs STIG/SCAP checks for compliance
Occasionally asked to perform MECM / SCCM inventory and package tracking
Carries out PowerShell scripting and queries
Collaborates with other teams, technologies and projects to compile and submit Scorecards / Reports for COCOM
Make use of Power BI dashboards inputs (spreadsheets / SharePoint) to support leadership decision making
Interact with Program/Contract leadership and Government leadership/stakeholders to explain issues or concepts
Ad hoc tasks as needed for creative problem-solving of leadership asks
Make use of the Mission Partner Network experience (MPE) to inform leadership of enterprise changes as they happen
Make use of strong leadership presentation skills using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel as needed
Requirements

Cybersecurity certification (CySA+, CASP+ and others) a plus
