If you share our passion for motorcycles, then come join us by rolling on the throttle!Hourly Pay Range: $19-$21/hour depending on experienceJob SummaryIn the role of a License and Title Clerk, you will be responsible for managing a large volume of license and title work. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for processing motorcycle deals, verifying costs, and ensuring the legal transfer of documents for the DMV while adhering to company policies and state/federal laws. Accuracy and timeliness are of the utmost importance in this role.Other Duties Include:Compile and maintain a list of all title work over multiple dealerships.
Create and provide reports to the Office Manager about the status of titles.
Ensure swift and efficient communication with customers about title-related tasks.
Coordinate all activities related to customer vehicle registration (CVR) and the automotive titling company (ATC) and ensure timely payments.
Perform bi-monthly title audits.
Process intercompany transfers, wholesale, and dealer trades.
Effectively communicate with other dealerships and government agencies when needed in regard to title work.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
