Job Summary:

The Director – National Client Partnerships is responsible for generating advertising revenue and meeting sales targets through the creation and renewal of sales contracts working alongside the Account Specialists and Account Planners. Will be responsible for national account development and management to attain revenue goals and grow year over year revenue.Job Responsibilities:

Drive for revenue goal attainment, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisProspect and develop new customer relationships, persuasively communicates strategies for meeting customer needsEnsure customer satisfaction by facilitating all aspects of the customer's account in cooperation with creative, operations, marketing and finance staffDetermine project pricing based on guidelines from managementNegotiate fees or services with clients with management approvalOversee project from start to finish and ensure client satisfactionDeliver proof of performance (POP) to clientsDrive clients around the market to show outdoor media sitesCommunicate and coordinate with Charting and other internal departmentsPerform other duties as assigned or requestedJob Qualifications:

Education and Certifications

4-year college degree, BA/BS or equivalent preferredWork Experience

2-3 years of sales experience; Media/Advertising sales preferredDemonstrated track record of business-to-business sales experience strongly preferredSkills

Sales achievement with experience in consultative or “needs” based selling techniquesAble to complete required math calculations (e.g., multiply, divide, rate, ratio, percent, produce/interpret bar graphs)Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and social media platformsSales and marketing skillsUnderstanding of sales cycle and selling skillsCompetencies
