Qualifications:REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Prior resident faculty experience requiredDoctor of Osteopathic Medicine, requiredLICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:Family Medicine Medical Physician (DO)State of Illinois license to practice medicineEligible to participate as a provider in the Medicare & Medicaid programCurrent certification in relevant specialty by ABMS or AOAActive member in good standing of the AH Medical Staff credentialing
