DETALIED LIST OF JOB DUTIES:• Providing functional and technical guidance to the BI development team.• Managing daily technical challenges and communicates to management any risks orissues.• Interacting with technical teams and development resources to help translaterequirements into BI solutions, reports, and dashboards. This will include using toolslike Tableau and Cognos.• Analyze business requirements and write technical specifications for BI tools likeCognos and Tableau to develop Reports, Extracts, Dashboards, Cubes, FrameworkManager Packages.• Perform administrative and support activities across a multi-environment Tableauinfrastructure including.• Design BI solutions based on requirements.• Develop Cognos & Tableau content, specifically Reports in Report Studio, CognosCubes using Transformer, Events in Event Studio, Extracts, Visualizations andWorkbooks in Tableau.• Create complex formulas and calculations within Tableau to meet the needs ofcomplex business logic and good knowledge on Level of Detail Expressions.• Manage project release schedule and deployment.• Install, Configure, Implement and Customize the Application Software on differentEnvironments including Cloud environments.• Develop and maintain operations of large Cognos & Tableau Installations andupgrades• Schedule & Monitor Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports Factored upon Data RefreshCycles and server contention.

EOHHS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SOFTWARE AND SERVICES• security administration, release management, troubleshooting and general systemsmaintenance.• Experience with creation of users, groups, projects, workbooks and the appropriatepermission sets for Tableau server logons and security checks.REQUIRED SKILLS (Special Skill Set, Abilities, Knowledge):• Experience in managing small teams of BI developers.• Advanced knowledge of reports performance optimization; Perform administrativeand support activities across a multi-environment Tableau infrastructure includingsecurity administration, release management, troubleshooting and general systemsmaintenance• Experience with creation of users, groups, projects, workbooks and the appropriatepermission sets for Tableau server logons and security checks• Strong DW-BI Skills; Data modeling and advanced Reporting experience• Extensive experience in Cognos & Tableau portal functionality• Experience in development of Framework Manager Models and Query Packages• Experience in developing complex dashboards, reports and cubes using ReportStudio and Transformer• Extensive Experience with Cognos Query Studio, Powerplay Studio, Event Studio• Extensive Knowledge in Oracle, SQL Server SQL writing skills• Strong problem solving & analytical skills• Knowledge of ETL & Snowflake Concepts.QUALIFICATIONS:• BS in Computer Science, related degree or equivalent experience• Experience with Medicaid or Health care data is preferred• Cloud (AWS and Azure) Technologies and Storage• Experience with TOAD is preferred.• Expert level skills in data analysis and visualization.• Proficiency in Data Visualization packages (Tableau, Cognos, etc.).• Proficiency with relational databases and Big Data platforms.• Proficiency in Data Extraction languages such as SQL.• Extraordinary analytical skills, coupled with the ability to form hypotheses and drawmeaningful insights from disparate data sources. The ability to understand data,process it, extract value from it, visualize it and communicate insights to audiencesof various backgrounds, including senior management
