Wireless Service Assurance consulting professional having Strong experience in 3G/4G/5G Wireless Service Assurance.Wireless Service Assurance expert would interact effectively with client stakeholder to own, define, and manage Service Assurance strategy and requirements.This is a techno functional role and would require working with multidisciplinary teams in large digital transformation programs to ensure the ServiceNow TSOM is implemented with the right Service Assurance Standards.This Position will require working with Service Assurance VP, Director and Senior Leadership on the IT/Operations sidePreferred Qualification• Around 15+ Yrs of Experience across in 3G, 4G and 5G Network Services• Strong Experience in Wireless Service Assurance/NMS systems across RAN, Transport, Packet Core & Services• Experience in working with Industry standard tools and NMS systems, understanding of Alarms/events/issues, deployment/configuration/troubleshooting• Experience in Wireless Fault Management, Performance Management, Configuration Management, Network Analytics, Network Inventory Management• Experience in Network Monitoring and Co-relation of Events, Probes, Logs, traces, Alarms, KPI's, KQI's, Topology, Policy & Rules• Should be able to Define the Service Assurance for a Greenfield 5G Network and Drive the ServiceNow implementation of TSOM Layer.• Must Play the role of a Thought Leader and support client in defining strategy, short- and long-term goals for the service assurance program and help getting buy-in between IT and Network Teams.• Play an advisor to development and product team to align with the client's vision.• Responsible for driving the technical product definition scope through the development lifecycle to provide early realization of the value of products and product features.• Good Communication and Presentation Skills
