The Director will lead the team to drive a vision to advance data and analytics capabilities , work closely with business stakeholders to build business use cases, and work cross-functionally with data governance, data engineering, data science, and machine learning engineers to develop product roadmap and drive execution. 10 years of experience in product management. Ability to effectively build vision, strategy, roadmap, and drive execution on data & analytics products Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels. Must be highly autonomous and comfortable working in an ambiguous, continually changing environment. Able to respond and adapt to the needs of a highly matrixed organization. Experience with Cloud (GCP, Azure, AWS) and big data processing technologies (Redshift, Big Query) is a plus. Experience working in an Agile environment including defining and documenting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria is a plus. Proven track record in delivering end-to-end data & analytics products and services to drive business adoption and advance enterprise capabilities. Application in retail is a plus. Experience in data monetization is a plus. Customer-centric and experienced with successful cross-functional collaboration.
