Job Description :
US Citizens. Support clients to design, build and run an IT network infrastructure and other related technologies such security appliances and other network tools in support of a contact center platform. Apply infrastructure improvements across the network, data center and operations as well as security fixes, hardening and vulnerability mitigations. Expected to have an extensive technical skill to support Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, AAA servers, and network tools such as network logging, monitoring systems, file transfer tools, and relevant network protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP, Syslog, BGP, and others. Datacenter experience with physical media, hardware and cabling is required as well. Linux skills pertaining to Red Hat Enterprise Linux are a plus. Will work directly with existing teams, vendors, and client supporting ongoing operations and phased deployment.
The Telephony Senior Network Engineer is expected to have a level of technical skill to support network infrastructure operations utilizing Cisco network technologies. Systems consist of: Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, AAA servers, and network tools such as network logging, monitoring systems, file transfer tools, and relevant network protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP, Syslog, BGP, and others. Successful candidate will work directly with existing teams, vendors, and client supporting ongoing operations and phased deployment activities, implementing new business initiatives, troubleshooting outages and driving enhancement by leveraging existing standards and methods of delivery.
