Seeking a Configuration Management Specialist in Hazelwood, MO.
Comes with over 30 years of industry experience designing, implementing, training, and supporting logistics information systems.We have over 800 employees worldwide supporting our customers with high-quality, innovative, and cost-effective information technology and business intelligence solutions.supports 85 defense, commercial, and government customers from over 50 U.S. locations and nine countries.
As the Configuration Management Specialist, you will maintain and enhance the software configuration management system and build/deployment tools to successfully and efficiently release TPS code to engineering and production environments.
Position Responsibilities:• Use automated software tools to gene*** development, integration, and release builds.• Design, write, and maintain scripts to automate build/release tasks.• Manage installation and debug of internal and external software products.• Gene*** software metrics reports, release documentation, and release media.• Perform release audits• Support developer use of configuration management tools.• Maintain/update software development tools as needed.This is onsite working in a facility that handles classified information.
The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at the listed location.This position requires an active -Secret DoD Security Clearance a DoD Top Secret / SCI is desirable. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).
Required Skill Set :• 1+ years of experience using & supporting IT systems and applications.• Experience with software configuration management of large software programs.• Experience using version control tools (e.g. Subversion, GIT, ClearCase).• Experience automating the Microsoft .NET software build, packaging, and deployment processes.• Experience automating Build-Release processes (using MS Build, PowerShell, MS Command (or other scripting languages).• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.• Familiarity with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).
Desired Skills Set :• 1+ years of experience with Visual Basic• 1+ years of PL/SQL programming• 1+ years of InstallShield experience.
Education Qualification :Degree and typical experience in Information Technology classification:College degree not required• Four years' experience working as a Configuration Manager, a Bachelor's and 2 or more years' experience, or a Master's with 1 or more years' experience
