A completed Covid-19 vaccination card is requiredClinic Hours 8 Am - 4 Pm8 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, 1 Cath lab, 2 ORsAPP SupportLicensure required: BLS, ACLSThe expected daily patient volume for the clinic is 20-30 patientsThe clinic is open M-F but our surgeons typically only have 1 or 2 dedicated days in the clinicLocum providers typically take 4 evening calls per monthLooking for physicians with a vascular focus
