Description:

I do not want DevOps Engineers. AWS Infrastructure with a focus on Terraform and EKS.

As the AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, deployment, and optimization of cloud-based network infrastructures.

Key Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experienceEXCELLENT knowledge in EKS and Terraform5+ years of IT industry experience with a focus on cloud networkingExpertise in Amazon VPC, AWS Direct Connect, AWS Transit Gateway, Elastic Load Balancing, Amazon Route 53, and moreStrong grasp of network design principles and hybrid networking configurationsProficiency in implementing VPC security groups, IAM roles, and CloudFormation/Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, CDN, and Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), or relevant technologiesFamiliarity with monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch for ensuring network performance and securityKnowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, VPN, BGP, and VPC peeringDemonstrated ability in scaling and optimizing network resources for cost efficiency and superior performance.Experience with network migration strategies and compliance/governance considerationsFamiliarity with protocols such as SNMP, SMTP, FTP, SSH, and RDPUnderstanding of AWS PrivateLink, AWS Transit Gateway Network Manager, and S3 Transfer Acceleration

Responsibilities:Maintenance of cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalabilityDeploy and fine-tune key cloud services such as Amazon VPC, Elastic Load Balancing, and AWS Direct ConnectCollaborate with cross-functional teams to automate deployment pipelines using AWS CDK, Terraform, and AnsibleArchitect and implement secure and high-performance network designs that adhere to compliance standardsProvide expertise in network protocols and troubleshooting, optimizing network performanceCreate and maintain detailed technical documentation and network diagramsMonitor cloud environments using AWS CloudWatch and other relevant toolsCollaborate closely with cloud architecture and DevOps teams to drive continuous improvementDesign and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for network componentsManaging the scaling, security, sizing, and logical design of cloud applicationsPerform regular management and maintenance of existing cloud infrastructure and applicationsManage the deployment and functionality of cloud infrastructure such as EC2 Elastic Compute Cloud, LAMBDA, VPC, RDS, EMR, S3, etc.
