The Senior UX/UI Designer will work with our UX and agile product teams to design intuitive workflows and experiences for new and existing web applications such as: financial planning applications, dashboards, customer portals, reporting, visualization of big data analytics, workflows, and more.What you're accountable for
Work with product and project teams in leading the design process across various media and platformsProduce high-fidelity UI/UX solutions from concept to executionMust have experience collaborating with clients and management (virtually and in-person)Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality design workIdentify and vocalize opportunities to improve end product where applicableProduce UI components, icons, graphics, and marketing materials quickly and as requestedCollaborate on projects with the design team and be able to provide/receive useful feedback on a regular basisParticipate in brainstorming and other idea-generating team sessionsMulti-task and work efficiently under pressure providing self-management and prioritizationWhat skills are required
Bachelor’s Degree in UI/UX Design or related fieldAt least 5+ years of experience working within the fieldA passion for problem-solving, design, and UI/UXExcellent skills in Sketch and Adobe SuiteBasic understanding of HTML and CSSExceptional design portfolio (mandatory)An eye for design and a passion for the creative processSelf-starter with excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsAbility to complete multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlinesMust be flexible with ability to grow and adaptMust be flexible to work across international time-zones (we are a global firm)Other preferred skills
