For personal insurance, our risk managers assist in tailoring a custom program to manage an individuals or family's risk exposure.

We are currently seeking a full-time Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in McKinney. Candidates will need to have a broad knowledge of all lines of personal insurance and be detailed-oriented with accurate data entry experience.
Responsibilities include:
Market new and renewal business - complete Acord applications and generating summaries of insurance/policy schedules.Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and request appropriate changes from carriers; attach policies, endorsements and correspondence in EPICInteract daily with clients, underwriters, and brokers by phone/emailInvoicing in agency management system (EPIC) and assist clients with billing issuesUtilize carriers online rating programs; access their system daily for policy/endorsement issuance/changes; process downloads from the carrierRun Replacement Cost Estimates (MSB); Process Inspection ReportsIssuance of Certificates of Insurance in EPIC for Commercial Lines teamQualifications:
2+ years Personal Lines insurance experience preferredMust have Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willing to obtain within 3 months of employment)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)Experience with Applied/EPIC a plusAbility to work independently with good organizational and time management skillsBenefits include:
